I have some demo accounts in Alpari, and in September maybe we change real

accounts (mine and of my friends/partners) from FXCM and ATC to Alpari.

But before this I need some information (6 questions):

1) How much is the maximum amount that I can use leverage 100:1?

2) What is the maximum delay for execution orders in live account?

3) What is the maximum lots i can trade per each time?

4) You are Market Maker, but your excellent reputation motivates me to trade

in your broker, especially for two reasons:

a) because uses fixed spreads.

b) because doesn't affect the quotations if I trade big lots.

However my doubt is: if I win consistently, your broker will lose and that

is bad for you. How do you do to work with that problem?

5) Some sites announced that Alpari offer unlimited time demo accounts, but

some of my accounts are inactive. What is the problem?

Thank you for your email.

I'll answer each question in turn:

1)     With floating leverage the maximum you can trade with leverage of 1:100 is 100 lots.

2)     Most orders are executed within 200 milliseconds - there are occasional exceptions to this dependent on market volatility.

3)     If you have a Micro account there is a limit of 2.0 lots. There is no ceiling on a Classic Account.

4)     We do not actively seek to trade against out customers. Banks prefer to deal with commercial counterparties (such as ourselves) in marketable amounts, usually 5-10m at a time.

What we do at this stage is then package that risk and only offset with our trading partners when we have accumulated sufficient volume to do so.

Sometimes this would be done instantly, when large customers are trading 50 lots or more, and sometimes it takes longer as we have many customers trading Microlots.

5)     If your demo account has been inactive for 30 days it will have been deleted. This is to save server space. If it remains active it reamins open.

6)     We are shortly introducing technology to allow STP - please keep an eye on our website for announcements.

As demais contas estão ativas normalmente.

Para evitar esse tipo de problema no futuro, colocaremos um conjunto com as versões 3.x uma versão "3.alpari" que fará uma operação com lote mínimo e perda imediata do spread a cada mês em cada conta que não tiver atividade naquele período.
